Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. As part of the management team, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Manager, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Preparing products such as sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Keeping displays stocked and shop tidy and presentable.

About you:
