We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team at AXA UK.
As a Junior Platform Engineer, you'll deliver cloud platform solutions to support our Cloud journey, help implement guardrails, and define adoption patterns and best practices across our cloud solutions.
Ideal candidates will have some experience with Azure, software engineering, or technical support on Azure.

What you'll be doing:
* Producing quality code, documentation, testing, and error correction under supervision.
* Developing and supporting solutions to automate our cloud environments using Azure DevOps.
* Identifying improvements in methods, processes, and tools like Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
* Assisting in requirement analysis, problem investigation, and system design.
* Following best practices and standards in system development.
* Producing test plans and results with team guidance.
* Managing your own tasks and deadlines.
* Keeping up with business, IT strategies, and technology trends.
What you'll bring:
* Some understanding of Azure and interest in its best practices.
* Awareness of industry technologies and trends.
* Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies is a plus.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn.
Eligibility to work in the UK is a precondition for employment.
