* Monday to Friday
* Alternate Saturdays

* Previous estate agency and customer service experience

* Full UK driver’s license
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Create the largest active market share in the area
* Maximize revenues and grow the property register
* Develop strong relationships with clients for repeat business and recommendations
* Maximize branch profit and meet financial targets
* Manage employee performance through regular reviews and meetings
* Influence results through team management and action planning
