Your Role
* Meet and greet customers, building rapport and understanding their needs
* Present available homes, plot options, and incentives clearly and professionally
* Conduct site and show home tours
* Progress sales through the full customer journey from reservation to exchange and completion
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales progression
* Maintain accurate records and CRM entries
