Job Description:
* Assist in inspections and service on various models of overhead cranes/lifting devices
* Assist in extensive on-site electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting
* Assist with on-site repairs on overhead traveling cranes in conjunction with planned repairs
* Accountable for all company-issued tools, ladders, and inventory levels assigned to you
* Maintain all company equipment and assets in proper working order and neat or clean
* Manage and train apprentices as required
* Follow and abide by all Munck Cranes Service Division Inc. and customer health and safety policies and procedures
* Work efficiently in fast-paced environments without sacrificing quality and safety
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Be available "on call" as part of service office rotation and provide after-hours service as required
* Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED (required)
* At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts
* Willingness to work in all weather conditions
* Valid driver’s license in good standing
