The Role
We’re looking for a driven Product Director to take full ownership of our client's solutions and shape the future of their business. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, the market, and the product—driving strategy, execution, and growth.
What You’ll Do:
* Own the Vision: Take end-to-end ownership of your product domain, driving growth and refining the roadmap as new insights emerge.
* Research & Insights: Stay ahead of the curve through market research, customer conversations, industry events, and sales feedback.
* Define Problems & Personas: Identify critical challenges to solve and clearly define target buyer personas.
* Leverage Data: Analyze data to spot trends, uncover opportunities, and fuel product innovation.
* Competitive Positioning: Develop positioning strategies and documentation to differentiate products in a competitive landscape.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and program managers to align development with vision and market needs.
* Craft Compelling Messaging: Partner with marketing to build product positioning, messaging, and collateral that resonate with target audiences.
* Enable Sales Success: Equip sales teams with training, tools, and insights to highlight product differentiators and close opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 5+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, or programmatic advertising.
* Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, identity graphs, measurement platforms) and how data flows through the bidstream.
* Experience with CTV and digital video advertising, including monetization models, audience targeting, and measurement challenges.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts and influence diverse stakeholders.
* Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver differentiated products.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in ambiguous environments.
* Demonstrated success in launching and positioning products in competitive AdTech markets that meet and exceed business objectives.
