Position Overview / Purpose Primary responsibilities include managing the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) timetable and deliverables, consolidation of the EMEA total from the region submissions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial insights. Provide ad hoc support as may be required by FP&A Team and senior management by collaborating with regional and local teams to ensure delivery of goals. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and regional finance teams, providing analytical support to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This opportunity is a full-time, fixed-term contract for a duration of 24 months. Accountabilities Financial Planning and Forecasting: Coordinate of monthly review calls, meetings, distribution of guidance and timelines relating to the integrated business plan (IBP) Consolidation of sales region integrated business plan, including preparation of monthly review slide deck Working closely with Country Finance Managers, FP&A team, Demand Planning and Product Management Teams to meet the required standards essential in the IBP process Provide support and assistance to Financial Planning Manager in the creation, maintenance and improvement of all revenue and opex forecast files and FX sensitivity for EMEA, Sales Regions and Functions Assist in the consolidation of the EMEA budget and preparation of the relevant packs and additional information required Financial and Business Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial management reporting requirements, including variance analysis and commentary Assist with the maintenance and improvements to the EMEA monthly report, including KPI dashboards Understand the underlying drivers of performance to help drive the top and bottom line Process a large amount of data efficiently, create reporting, and manage the delivery of a wide range of analyses in a dynamic environment Build good working relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand the business and its needs Team Role (Individual contributor): Proactively suggest improvements to systems, processes, and reporting methodologies (continuous improvement mindset) What we are looking for: Minimum: Min of 3 years of work experience in a similar position with a commercial mindset Microsoft Excel to advanced standard Experience in business partnering, communication, coordination and presentation skills Self-starter, able to work independently with some guidance Flexible approach with “can do” attitude / ability to quickly learn and adapt in a changing work environment Ideal: Ability to translate complex data sets into simple insights for non-Finance stakeholders Working knowledge of analysis database (Hyperion/Essbase, PowerBI or similar) University degree in relevant field Desire to study CIMA/similar financial certification Development Value of this role: Opportunity to work across organisation boundaries Opportunity to work in a multi-discipline, European business environment Opportunity to work in medium-sized business units with high growth potential Why choose us?
