Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to effectively lead an integrated production team & processes towards successful delivery of customer demands. You will hold full accountability for the performance and continuous improvement of both the production system and their indirect support functions, implementing strategic plans linked to the Operational Balance Scorecard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deploy operational strategy aligned with business objectives, goals, and customer requirements.
2. Be accountable for delivery against key performance indicators through the balance scorecard framework.
3. Promote, lead, and empower a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
5. Promote standard work to align with common goals.
6. Ensure overall accountability for supporting functions to meet customer needs.
7. Accurate forecasting and delivery within set budgets.
8. Monitor and report on budgets and targets.
9. Manage, allocate, and evaluate a cross-functional team to optimize resources.
10. Uphold and develop company standards and values.
11. Ensure safety standards and governance within operational areas.
12. Manage the production system from input to output, including capacity control.
13. Monitor and maintain quality, cost, and delivery of the production system.
14. Develop teams and individuals, enhancing skills and competencies to meet customer demands.
15. Maintain safety practices, continuously reviewing to eliminate risks.
16. Lead and develop operations support teams.
17. Plan resources considering leave, absences, and overtime.
18. Identify and address training needs.
19. Build on 5S standards and develop processes via One Safran tools.

Job Requirements
* Management experience in manufacturing environments.
* Knowledge of lean, problem-solving tools, quality methodologies.
* Experience leading teams in high-density business settings.
* Proficiency with Microsoft, BaaN, EZLM, and reading engineering drawings.
* Change and risk management skills.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to plan effectively, work flexibly, and travel as needed.
* Experience motivating and leading teams.
