We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for a Document Controller to ensure efficient document and information management within our Atlantic region. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Managers, using systems like ProArc and Unisea, and train new users. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, organizing activities in line with project administrative needs, and defining documentation instructions for engineering disciplines, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
* A relevant university degree in business administration or a related field (experience can compensate for formal qualifications)
* Experience handling documentation for marine operations
* Proficiency in ProArc or similar systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
