Annual salary: £28,186.33. Contract: full‑time, permanent, 42.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday. Start date: 1 July 2026. Location: Evesham.
Role Responsibilities
* Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks across void property operations and internal departments.
* Record and respond to communications from clients, contractors and service users regarding void works.
* Handle materials requisitions, purchase orders and invoicing for void refurbishment and repair activities.
* Input cost data to aid timely completion, sign‑off and billing of void property work orders.
* Coordinate with operatives, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure efficient turnaround of vacant properties.
* Monitor progress of void works and provide accurate, timely updates to colleagues.
* Assist with scheduling appointments, access arrangements and property readiness activities.
* Maintain company assets in accordance with policy and report any damage.
* Attend meetings, training sessions and maintain high standards of professionalism, health & safety and customer care.
Key Criteria
* Experience in an administrative environment, ideally within the social housing sector.
* Strong ability to manage administrative processes accurately and efficiently.
* Capacity to work to deadlines in a busy office setting.
* Excellent time‑management, planning and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with computerised systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
* Strong customer‑service ethos and professional approach to all interactions.
* Ability to liaise effectively with service users, colleagues and external stakeholders.
* Willingness to attend meetings and training sessions as required.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of health & safety and company procedures.
