Sales and Marketing AdministratorLocation: LisburnJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentEnergis Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Administrator on behalf of our client, a well-established engineering company based in Lisburn.The Sales and Marketing Administrator will support sales and marketing activity by maintaining CRM data, assisting with customer enquiries, supporting marketing activity, and handling general admin.This role leans more toward the marketing element, and is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to develop their career as there will be opportunities to become involved in larger projects.Key Responsibilities:Marketing SupportAssist with planning and scheduling marketing campaignsCoordinate content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and website updatesSupport the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentationsUpload and maintain website content, including product pages and news articlesTrack campaign performance and report on key metricsAssist in the organisation of trade shows and eventsManage marketing assets such as images, documents and brand materialsSales SupportMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and enquiry dataProcess sales orders, quotations, and follow-upsTrack customer activity and ensure timely follow-up by the sales teamAssist with customer communications, including email and phone enquiriesAct as a link between sales, marketing and other departmentsHandle general administrative tasks as requiredCriteria:Experience in a sales support, marketing or administrative role within a B2B or engineering environmentA third level Marketing qualification is highly desirableStrong organisational skills with attention to detailGood working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience with website content management and LinkedIn postingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyFamiliarity with design tools such as Canva or AdobeSalary is in the region of £30 - 32k depending upon experience.Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8am 5pm and Friday 8am 1pm.For further information and a confidential discussion please email your CV through the link.By applying for this role you are consenting to Energis Recruitment holding your details for a period of 12 months to be considered for other roles.
