We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
If you have a background in Customer Services (possibly in an e-commerce environment), are naturally positive, professional and enjoy working with a group of likeminded people, then we'd love to hear from you. Don't worry if cars are not your thing right now, it will be difficult not to get swept away by the enthusiasm of those around you
This will be a hybrid role. Monday, Thursday and Friday can be worked from home, Tuesday and Wednesday will be be worked from our office in Shoreham-by-Sea.
Essential requirements
* A background in Customer Services, ideally within a fast‑paced e‑commerce or automotive environment.
* A passion to serve by delivering outstanding service in every customer interaction.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills.
* Demonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situations.
* The ability and resilience to work in a busy environment as well as multitask, using multiple systems and digital tools to service our customers.
* Assertiveness to handle difficult conversations.
* Strong negotiation, influencing and resourcefulness skills.
* Organised, analytical and forward‑thinking with problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
* Flexible and willing to go the extra mile.

* Ideally, you will also be a German speaker.
Desirable
* Experience working with Sage and/or Zendesk.
* Experience working in the automotive sector.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
