The Role:
1. Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
2. Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task
3. Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
4. Providing support and guidance to students where required
5. Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

Requirements:
10. A degree or relevant experience working with young people
11. Strong classroom management andmunication skills
12. Confidence in leading a classroom environment
13. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
14. Two recent professional references
