Role Overview
As a CBT Therapist, you’ll provide high-quality, NICE-compliant Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to clients with anxiety and depression. You’ll work both remotely and in-person from one of the Trust’s four bases, contributing to national and local service targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver CBT in line with NICE guidance
* Manage complex caseloads including sensitive referrals
* Provide therapy in-person and remotely
* Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and CPD
* Contribute to service development and innovation
* Support the Referral Liaison Team and stepped care model
Required Skills and Experience
* Postgraduate Diploma in High Intensity IAPT
* Meets BABCP accreditation standards (or actively working toward accreditation)
* Experience in stepped care services for anxiety and depression
* Full range of CBT competencies (Roth & Pilling, 2007)
* Membership of a professional body (BABCP, BPS, NMC)
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
* Commitment to personalised care and continuous improvement
* EMDR, Supervision, or CfD training
* Access to a car and full UK driving licence
* Near completion of High Intensity Therapist training
