Role Responsibilities
* Managing a varied portfolio of SME clients, including year-end accounts, tax, and general business advisory
* Reviewing work prepared by the team and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and offering proactive advice
* Supporting and developing junior members of staff through coaching, feedback, and reviews
* Working closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships
* Playing a key role in improving internal systems, processes, and service delivery

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant practice experience
* Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients
* Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive, client-focused approach and a passion for helping businesses grow
* Experience leading and mentoring junior team members
* Commercial acumen and a willingness to contribute to business development
