We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a thriving academic community in Walsall. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and insightful business lessons to students at KS4 and KS5.
* Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that fosters critical thinking, business acumen, and real-world applications.
* Assess and monitor student progress through both formative and summative assessments.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
* Encourage a passion for business, entrepreneurship, and the economic landscape in students.
* Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports independent thought and collaboration.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
* Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of student progress and achievements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field.
* A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Proven experience teaching business studies at KS4 and KS5.
* Strong knowledge of business concepts, theories, and practices.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
* Ability to create a supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
