About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and business development, with a strong focus on delivering commercial results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities in line with our growth strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to create and execute plans that drive sales and profitability.
This role requires a strong ability to build trust with customers over time, manage multiple customer relationships, and deliver commercial results. You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and deliver commercial results.
2. Work closely with internal stakeholders to create and execute plans that drive sales and profitability.
3. Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through proactive, clear communication against aligned expectations and lead-times.
4. Record keeping: Ensure accurate records of account activities, sales performance, and customer interactions are maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in direct sales and business development in a similar industry.
* Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and deliver commercial results.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Commercial acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
