We are seeking a positive, creative, and enthusiastic individual to join our supportive team as a Trainee Early Years Practitioner. We will fully fund and support your journey to achieving your Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
The primary objective of this role is to work in partnership with the teacher to foster effective participation of pupils in both the social and academic processes of the school. For trainee positions, the role is designed to inspire young children through learning and play while the postholder works towards achieving a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.

Qualifications & Requirements
? Essential: GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths. ? Desirable: First Aid certification, or any other relevant qualifications relating to childcare or education (though full training will be provided).

Salary: £13,550 Hours: 22 hours per week (Permanent/ term time only) Monday - Non working day, Tuesday and Wednesday 12pm - 5pm, Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
Includes dedicated study time (6 hours a week) and the opportunity for additional holiday club hours through the summer break.
