Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in line with NMC standards and Circle Health Group policies.
Undertake comprehensive patient assessments, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently, adhering to professional and local guidelines.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive care experience.
Support and mentor junior staff members and student nurses as required.
Uphold and promote infection prevention and control measures at all times.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices and patient outcomes.
