Your responsibilities will include: Managing reservations and optimising table seating using SevenRooms. Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere. Maintaining an organised and efficient front-of-house operation. Communicating effectively with the floor team to ensure smooth service. Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and walk-ins with confidence. Upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times.
