Forward Role is supporting a leading organisation in the search for an Absence Management Advisor to join their HR team on a 6‑month contract.

* Up to £40,000 per annum
Role
You’ll support managers with absence cases, provide expert advice on policy and employment law, and help drive a consistent and proactive approach to attendance management.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on short & long‑term absence cases
* Support return‑to‑work and capability processes
* Analyse absence data and identify trends
* Ensure legal compliance and best practiceLiaise with Occupational Health
About You
* Proven HR/absence management experience
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident stakeholder advisor
* CIPD level 5 or higher ideally
Compensation
Hourly rate: £21 per hour.
