The role requires strong leadership, accountability, delivered with fun and energy. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, Deputy Manager, and Head of Retail, you will play an integral part as a member of the in-store management team and take a lead role in supporting the Boutique Supervisors and sales team in their personal development. Together with the management team you will develop your colleagues to have world class and consistent selling and sales management skills. Together you will also ensure the smooth and efficient operational running of the store. Youll support colleagues to work within the company brand values whilst nurturing a positive work environment.
