Location: Leeds
Schedule: 37.5 hrs per week
Reports to: Managing Director / Creative Directors
Salary: £38-50k (dependent on experience)

Our client is looking for an Account Director to help lead and grow client relationships as they establish their first Leeds office. You’ll oversee projects from brief to delivery, acting as the bridge between clients and the creative team, and ensuring every piece of work is on brief, on time, and on budget.
This is a role for a confident, commercially aware client partner who loves creative work and knows how to nurture both people and projects. You’ll set the standard for excellent account management in Leeds — helping shape the culture and raising the profile of the studio through outstanding delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients across multiple accounts.
* Lead projects from scoping and briefing through to delivery, ensuring smooth processes and clear communication.
* Support and challenge creative thinking — helping to ensure work is strategically sharp and commercially sound.
* Spot opportunities to grow accounts and develop long-term client partnerships.
* Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans, keeping projects on track.
* Mentor and support junior team members as the Leeds office grows.
About You
* 5+ years’ account management experience within a creative, brand, or integrated agency.
* A real appreciation of great creative work — and how to get the best from creative teams.
* Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
* A confident communicator — equally at home presenting to senior stakeholders and collaborating internally.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
* Entrepreneurial spirit: excited by the chance to help shape a new studio.
