Service Advisor required in Poole

Main duties of the Service Advisor include:
5. Greet customers and establish their vehicle service needs
6. Prepare job cards and liaise with the workshop to manage vehicle repairs and services
7. Offer professional advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options
8. Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
9. Ensure excellent customer service at all times
10. Manage customer bookings and follow-up on service progress
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role include:
11. Experience as a Service Advisor or Commercial Service Advisor desirable
12. Strong communication and organisational skills
13. Customer-focused attitude with a professional manner
14. Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a busy environment
This Service Advisor position offers working hours of Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings from 8.00 am to 12 noon. Holiday entitlement includes 20 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays, with holidays increasing with service. Benefits such as staff perks are available after 12 months.
