* Basic Salary: £28,000 per annum
* Bonus: Uncapped commission; realistic OTE £32,000+

What Youll Do

* Make outbound calls to both new prospects and existing customers
* Secure qualified appointments for our field-based Client Relationship Managers
* Build lasting client relationships and maximise lifetime value
* Prospect targeted sectors to uncover fresh opportunities
* Use a consultative sales approach to understand needs and handle objections
* Keep our Salesforce CRM up to date with accurate client information
* Work closely with admin and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding


What Youll Bring

* Proven B2B telesales or consultative selling experience (essential)
* A true new business hunter mindset confident with cold calls and targets
* Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and self-motivated
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
* Positive, resilient attitude and a drive to achieve results
* Able to work independently but thrive in a close-knit team
