Personal assistant to the Director
Role description
An experienced and highly organised PA with exceptional communication skills and a natural command of systems and operations. This role supports the Director of a design studio through a hybrid, flexible working model, including time within our East London studio. Responsibilities include diary and travel management, household administration, payments, purchases, scheduling for the Director and family, and financial management. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, self‑motivated, adaptable, with strong financial awareness and a refined ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity and composure. Spanish is a plus.
Approx. 22 hours a week

* Proven PA or admin experience, comfortable supporting a creative client who has an ever‑changing schedule, personally and professionally.
* Takes initiative, resourceful and proactive, with strong planning and problem‑solving skills.
* Methodical and detail‑focused, with clear, simple written and verbal communication. Takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
* Experience with personal accounting, legal and finance administration. Handles sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
* Thrives in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities with focus, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Scope of work
General responsibilities
* Book personal appointments for the director and family.
* Dairy & Schedule management.
* Manage email communication on queries for household management, i.e., school, lawyers, accountants, etc.
* Create systems for general processes as well as adapt to current ones.
Household management
* Liaise with housecare & childcare.
* Car maintenance organisation.
* Adhoc request & scheduling.
Personal finance management
* Salary & tax payments.
* Personal budget.
* Payment management.
* Receipt recording.
Personal shopping
* Children's clothes, toys and gifts.
* Collection and returns.
* Track shipments.
* Manage Vinted.
Travel organisation
* Organise for personal, business, children and family.
* Check in flights and collate boarding passes.
* Be on‑call to make any travel changes and cancellations.
* Create itineraries when required.
Manage renewals
* Subscriptions (Household, entertainment).
* Insurance (car, club memberships, health, home).
* Children's needs, i.e., school fees.
* Documentation, i.e., Passports.
