We have taken on a fantastic role with a prestigious private equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair! With a team of 80 based in the London office, and a leading global presence, the company has entered an exciting stage of growth. The firm is looking for a bright an ambitious candidate to join their close-knit team of support staff. The successful team assistant will act as the face of the front of house, while working collaboratively to support the wider team.
THE ROLE:
This role will be split across from of house duties and team support. Working closely alongside another FOH team member, day to day will include:
* Meeting and greeting all incoming guests
* Management of front desk and reception area
* Booking meeting rooms
* Booking and coordinating catering
* Supporting internal events
* Assisting with meeting coordination
* Assisting with travel booking and expenses
This is an ideal role for a friendly and polished candidate to step up into a high-end corporate environment. Being a team player with strong communication and organisational skills will be key. Being detail oriented and calm under pressure will lead to success in this position, as will a muck-in attitude. The wider support team are friendly and welcoming, and are keen to find an assistant who matches their internal culture.
