Utilising and developing your existing skills.Working with senior staff, you will role model the St Gemma’s values and behaviour framework. As a Registered Nurse you will be expected to: Care for a team of patients to an exceptional standard of care, with a 1:5 ratio Internal rotation from days to nights You will be able to bring your exemplary communication skills which will enable you to interact with patients and families alike.
