Job Description:
As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the financial advisory team in the preparation and administration of financial plans and reports, providing strong technical knowledge and assistance to clients.
2. Preparing suitability letters.
3. Creating presentation packs for clients, ensuring all paperwork complies with regulations.
4. Conducting research to identify suitable financial solutions and planning areas for clients.
5. Providing technical support to advisers, client service teams, and other departments as required.
6. Ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and kept confidential.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products, industry changes, and legislation.
8. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
9. Assisting in the implementation of agreed financial plans.
10. Handling client queries and delivering excellent customer service.
The Successful Candidate:
The ideal Paraplanner will have:
1. A minimum Level 4 qualification.
2. Proven experience in a paraplanning role.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
5. Strong report writing skills.
6. Knowledge of Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, Selectapension, Cash Calc systems.
