Academics work closely with a network of supportive Secondary Schools across Cheshire East, including area like Crewe and Sandbach, recruiting committed Maths Teachers who are passionate about helping students build confidence, resilience, and success in mathematics.
The Role:
Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Deliver engaging, structured lessons that promote understanding and problem-solving.
Support students of all abilities to achieve strong progress.
Plan, assess, and adapt lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to learn.
Work collaboratively with departments and wider school teams.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths or a related subject (ECTs welcome to apply).
Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous).
Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for improving student outcomes in Maths.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
