As a mortgage and protection adviser, you’ll provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage options and protection plans. By supporting clients throughout their journey, you will help them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and needs.
DAY TO DAY:
1. Meeting with clients to discuss their financial situation, homeownership goals, and protection needs.
2. Acting on leads supplied from a central operations centre.
3. Conducting financial assessments to evaluate clients’ circumstances and determine suitable mortgage and protection products.
4. Explaining various mortgage options and protection plans.
5. Guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
6. Ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
7. Staying up to date with market conditions, mortgage products, and regulatory requirements.
8. Ensuring all advice and transactions align with TCF, Consumer Duty, and FCA guidelines.

* CeMAP qualifications.
