Saf safeguarding training is mandatory for all employees and will form part of your induction and ongoing CPD. We are looking for an organised and detail focused individual to join our Human Resources team.
The role provides essential administrative support across HR and Payroll and contributes to the delivery of a high quality, professional and responsive service.
The role is well suited to someone with strong administrative skills who is confident working with data, systems and people.
You will be the first point of contact for routine HR and payroll queries, maintain accurate records and support the monthly payroll cycle.
The role also supports safer recruitment compliance and the continued development of effective digital HR processes.
As part of our professional and friendly team you will work closely with colleagues across the College, providing guidance and ensuring all activity is accurate and in line with College policies and statutory requirements.
