ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Holiday Club Manager to work with a client based in Coventry. This is a permanent role, operating during school holidays only.
There is an opportunity for additional hours depending on club requirements.
Qualification:
* Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (essential)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and playwork principles
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the holiday club, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children.
* Lead, support, and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of practice and safeguarding.
* Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals to meet the needs of individual children.
* Oversee planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to different age groups.
* Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed at all times.
