My client based in Bracknell are seeking a new candidate to join their team who has experience in Customer Service. You must have strong communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with customers over the phone.
Daily Duties
* Providing excellent customer service to customers
* Building strong working relationships
* Responding to queries/helpdesk queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Responding to email enquiries
* Working in a team environment
