About the Role We’re recruiting on behalf of a long established, growing business that provides specialist services to major commercial clients across the UK. They are now seeking a confident and proactive Customer Service Representative / Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in customer service or administration who thrives in a fast paced, contract driven environment. Key Responsibilities * Act as a central point of contact between clients, site teams and third party logistics (3PL) providers * Manage high value contracts and purchase order (PO) processes with accuracy and attention to detail * Use an industry specific system for data entry, scheduling and reporting * Liaise with site managers to ensure services are delivered on time and to agreed standards * Provide administrative support including invoicing, documentation and record maintenance * Track and resolve customer queries efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful approach * Support the wider operations and commercial teams with contract coordination and performance reporting * Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders Skills and Experience * Previous experience in a customer service, administrative or operations support role * Strong communication and relationship building skills * Confident working with multiple stakeholders across different sites or departments * High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data and documentation * Comfortable using digital systems and learning new software quickly * Able to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment * Experience working with 3PL providers or coordinating logistics is advantageous * Positive, team oriented attitude with a commitment to excellent service delivery The Offer * Full time, permanent position with scope for long term development * Hybrid working available after probation (1 day from home per week) * Supportive, collaborative team culture * Comprehensive training on internal systems and processes * Competitive salary and benefits package If you are interested in this job role please submit your application, alternatively you can give us a call to be the first to apply Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
