STAFF NURSE - BEECH WARD - BAND 5
We are a small but busy team in gynaecology outpatients, working cohesively with Consultants, advanced practitioners, and Service Managers to provide a dynamic, innovative, comprehensive, and caring service for patients and their carers.
Clinics are busy, varied, and continually expanding. You will support Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists in Gynaecology, Urogynaecology, Colposcopy, Ambulatory Care, and Rapid Access Clinics. Your responsibilities include preparing clinics, administrative support, and advocating for patients.
You will support junior colleagues undergoing training. We promote training, development, and role advancement.
The post holder is responsible for delivering high-quality care to a defined patient group, either within the hospital or community setting. This includes assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating evidence-based, individualized patient care within their role's boundaries.
You will contribute to developing standards of care, including nursing standards and outcome monitoring, and continue your professional development.
