Residential Conveyancer | Fully Remote

The role
You’ll manage a balanced caseload of around 45–60 residential property files, covering sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and leasehold work. From instruction through to completion, you’ll have full ownership of your files, supported by a smart, purpose-built case management system designed specifically for remote working.
You’ll also be part of a close-knit team of 5–6 lawyers, with daily video catch-ups, real-time support, and direct access to approachable leadership.
What you’ll need
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or experienced non-qualified fee earner
* Strong technical knowledge across residential freehold and leasehold matters
* Confidence working independently in a remote, digital-first environment
* Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your work

£30,000 – £50,000 salary
