Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager based in the United Kingdom. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product roadmaps aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering customer feedback, prioritizing backlogs, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality product updates. The Product Manager will drive the overall product strategy while maintaining a focus on meeting user needs and improving business outcomes.
Qualifications
* Direct payroll experience in the UK with exposure to other country payrolls required
* Strong product management track record shipping complex systems
* Strong customer empathy and customer-facing instincts - the ability to turn messy, real-world requirements into clear specs
* Strategic planning ability, paired with the willingness to operate tactically and hands-on
* A testing and verification mindset - comfortable validating payroll logic and participating in system verification, not just writing specs and handing off
* High ownership mindset

* Ability to understand and develop API specifications. Intermezzo is an API company. We expect our Product managers to be able to develop API specs
