Our Therapeutic Alliance brings together skilled counsellors and dedicated administrative support to ensure young people can access the right help, at the right time. We offer flexible support including school-based sessions, community-based counselling and secure online appointments.
With a strong focus on relationship-building, emotional safety and evidence-based practice, our team helps young people understand their feelings, build resilience and move forward with greater confidence. ABOUT THE ROLE
* Deliver one-to-one counselling sessions and structured DBT/CBT-informed group programmes for children and young people.
* Create safe, supportive therapeutic environments that encourage emotional expression, resilience and growth.
* Maintain accurate, confidential records including assessments, consent, session notes and evaluation tools.
* Work across schools, community settings and online platforms with flexibility, including evening delivery.
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities by identifying and escalating concerns in line with policy and guidance.
* Contribute to service development through reflective practice, KPI reporting and participation in supervision and CPD.
ABOUT YOU
* You are qualified to at least Level 4 in Counselling, with a Level 5 (or equivalent) Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.
* You are registered with BACP or UKCP and committed to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
* You have experience delivering counselling to children and young people
* You can deliver both individual and group therapeutic sessions, including CBT-informed and DBT-informed approaches.
* You are confident handling safeguarding concerns, maintaining confidentiality and keeping accurate clinical records.
* Youre someone who wants to grow, you're keen to learn, open to feedback, and looking for a role where you can develop your skills and make a long-term impact.
