Key Responsibilities: Supporting students on a 2:1 ratio or delivering 1:1 interventions Building positive, trusting relationships with students Creating a safe, welcoming, and well-organised learning environment Collaborating with teaching staff to plan and deliver high-impact interventions Maintaining strong communication with families, schools, and external agencies Being a supportive and collaborative team player Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience supporting children or families with SEN or challenging behaviours A confident approach to behaviour management An understanding of trauma-informed strategies and a commitment to building connections before setting corrections A natural team player who can promote a supportive and inclusive environment for all Demonstrated understanding and prioritisation of safeguarding principles Schedule: Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday, term-time only (3 days during school holidays) Flexible hours (minimum 30 hours/week) between 8am - 6pm, with core hours from 9am - 3pm Why Work with Us?
