Job summary The post involves working with people with learning disabilities who may additionally have a variety of mental and physical health conditions, facilitating activities both on and offsite. The aim as part of a multi-disciplinary team is to help patients develop meaningful activities to support their wellbeing both whilst in hospital and help develop skills and insights into their health together with coping strategies for them to use when discharged from hospital.
