Training Centre Technician Role Overview: The Training Centre Engineering Technician will provide first line on-site support to our training customers and trainers. Our UK training centre offers industry leading training in amazing facilities to customers from some of the world's most well-known companies. We support over 1000 training customers each year in steam engineering, boiler house and steam maintenance training courses. Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on… Supporting and improving customers learning experiences, by ensuring that the practical rigs and classroom areas are prepared ahead of training and assisting trainers with practical demonstrations Under supervision of our friendly and motivated training team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and organisation of the practical areas, including boiler house and associated ancillary rooms Liaising with suppliers and UK Sales Facility when repairs and servicing of equipment is required, ensuring that any planned preventative maintenance is carried out on time and with minimal disruption to the operation of the Training Centre Assisting with all related activity for course bookings, maintenance of delegate registration, provision of materials and certificates, calendar and room allocation in assistance with and in the absence of the Training Administrator Supporting with practical delivery of training and demonstration requirements for relevant courses with some classroom training support, including rig set up and checking Assisting with all aspects of exam support including invigilation and marking of delegate test papers Your previous experience is likely to include….
