Location: REMOTE predominantly, with occasional travel to the office in Lancashire (once every few weeks).
Our client is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join their team to assist with digital transformation projects, primarily working with local governments and streamlining Revenue & Benefits processes.
Experience required:
* Operational change management (not technical)
* Experience with Local Government Bodies

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, specify, and model business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness, considering statutory, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Use modeling, requirements gathering, and process mapping techniques to support business change initiatives.
* Analyze documented processes to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities, presenting proposals to stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications.
* Communicate effectively to understand business needs and priorities.
* Evaluate risks and opportunities, suggesting mitigation strategies.
* Identify processes and IT solutions needed to implement recommendations.
