Milk Education is supporting a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Liverpool who are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.

Role Overview

1. Supporting students across KS3–KS4

2. Providing 1:1 and small group intervention

3. Assisting classroom teachers with daily learning activities

4. Supporting behaviour for learning and student wellbeing

5. Long-term, full-time role through Milk Education

Who We’re Looking For

6. Experience working with children or young people (school-based or transferable)

7. A positive, patient and proactive attitude

8. Strong communication skills

9. Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds

10. Passion for supporting education and young people’s development

(A degree or TA qualification is desirable but not essential.)
