Being part of a small team, we are looking to expand with the right people. You will be working closely with your colleagues to help serve a diverse range of clients spanning various industries within 100 miles of the Hitchin office.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our dynamic Support Desk.
Key Responsibilities
· Triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets swiftly
· Providing a high level of service for our customers
· Addressing monitoring alerts promptly
· Keeping support tickets up to date with clear notes
· Updating internal documentation and creating end-user guides as needed
· Identifying long-term solutions rather than temporary workarounds
· Working with the team to provide solutions that are right for our customers
Requirements
· Experience working in an MSP and/or Support Desk environment
· Strong customer service skills with technical problem-solving capabilities
· Proficiency in Windows 10 & 11
· Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Entra AD, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive
· Experience with Active Directory account management
· Basic networking knowledge, including switches, firewalls, and TCP/IP
