A well established Midhurst based business are looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Assistant.
Job Description
As Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Supplier procedure from procurement to payment
* Production of weekly supplier payment run, including expenses/credit card
* Monthly VAT return
* Process of customer receipts, aspects of credit control and invoice finance
* Bank reconciliations and maintenance of cashflow
* Processing weekly and monthly payroll including P32 payments
* Stock management information
* Month end preparation, reporting and analysis
The Successful Applicant
* This role is full time and based in office 5 days a week in Midhurst
* Standard hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm (potential for slight change to hours ie: 09.30-17.30 or 08.30-16.30)
* AAT qualification or equivalent
* Payroll experience is desirable
* Knowledge of Sage
* Excel - Formulas, Pivot Tables
