In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Clear communicator with a hands-on leadership style and strong team development capability. Six Sigma, Lean, or CI certification is an advantage.
