In this vital overnight role, you will provide stability, reassurance, and practical support to vulnerable young people, ensuring they feel safe, heard, and cared for throughout the night. Youll help create a secure environment where they can rest and begin each day with confidence.

Shift Hours:21:30 08:30Shift Pattern:4 nights on, 4 nights off OR part-time: 2 nights on, 4 nights off
What Youll Be Doing
* Ensuring the safety, welfare, and comfort of young people during nighttime hours
* Providing emotional reassurance and responding calmly to challenging behaviours
* Carrying out essential household tasks to maintain a safe, welcoming environment
* Working closely with the daytime team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent care

* The ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged throughout the shift
* Resilience and patience.
* Experience within a residential or social care setting
* Willingness to work a combination of weekday and weekend nights
* Genuine commitment to supporting looked after children and helping vulnerable young people thrive
