What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and supporting planning applications for major residential and commercial schemes across Central London.
* Managing the full planning process: from site appraisals to pre-apps, stakeholder engagement, and final submission.
* Preparing and reviewing planning statements, policy reviews, and design and access statements.
* Building strong, long-term client relationships through clear, expert advice and regular communication.
What We’re Looking For:
* 18 months of experience minimum in a planning consultancy, local authority of client side.
* Experience assisting or leading on the planning application process of major projects ie. 50 units or larger.
* Strong understanding of development management.
* Working toward your RTPI APC is a plus—but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team-focused approach.
