Exposure to working with or administrating Active Directory. Experience supporting applications such as Microsoft Office. Any experience supporting other applications such as Adobe, Print Management, or any VoIP technology is beneficial, but not essential. A basic understanding of IT security fundamentals. Act as the first point of call for resolving technical cases for a diverse range of users, including providing VIP support. Shadow the IT Manager and assist in running new projects related to the development of our IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot technical issues while also having opportunities to administrate and maintain our core infrastructure. Challenge yourself by learning and implementing new technologies as they emerge.
